Return Policy

At Dream Range Enterprises, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Due to the exclusive and time-sensitive nature of our gifting and Surprise Gift Voucher items, our return policy is structured to ensure transparency and compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and must include a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable Items

  • Products associated with Surprise Gift Voucher entries, promotional giveaways, or limited-time offers are not eligible for return, unless received in a damaged or incorrect state.

  • Products found to be used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Return Procedure

  1. Submit a return request via our [Contact Page] or email dreamrangeenterprises@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and photographic evidence of the issue.

  3. Once your request is verified, our team will provide instructions for return shipment.

  4. The customer must return the product to the specified address. Return shipping charges may be reimbursed only if the error was on our part.

Refund Process (as per RBI Guidelines)

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated to the original payment source in compliance with RBI’s refund policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.

  • No refunds will be processed to alternate accounts or wallets, as per RBI compliance requirements.

Note

  • We strictly adhere to RBI regulations, which require that all electronic transactions and associated refunds be routed back to the original method of payment.

  • Any delay due to bank-side processing or public holidays is outside our control.
