Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at Contact Page

Cancellations after 24 hours may not be processed due to the nature of our premium gifting and time-bound Surprise Gift Voucher participation.
Refund:

If your order is cancelled within 2 days, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

No refunds will be provided once the product is delivered, unless the item is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
